Who Am I:
I’m a gujju, not the one from those obese families where the father’s bank balance is as fat as his waist line but a typical service class family which had the privilege of dining out only on the day of father’s salary. With a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management with 2 yrs of experience in Taj, MBA in Marketing with a year of experience at Vodafone, with a heavy heart from freshly recovering from a 6 yrs long relationship break-up, with a heavy mind from seeing a year long suffering of my father in Coma; I quit my job to start my own food business, Just Unjunk! It was 16th April, 2012 and the day marks the beginning of my spiritual journey too.

Small suggestion: I’m not sure if there is any investor reading your post, but you never know! It might help to let people know how much you plan to raise, and if you already have a pitch deck just link it somewhere in your post.

Well I was planning to upload the same ppt that I presented which does mention about the funding amount required but it doesn’t back those concrete reasons for which I require money. The said reasons could be only answered through the extensive and much detailed 2 yrs financial projection which I cannot share publicly.

Thank you for connecting back. I do remember interacting with you.
For your offer of concentrated syrups, we already use Kokum Agal which is quiet natural and raw since we serve freshly squeezed fruit and natural juices on the menu! And in the corporate cafeteria, the sale of natural juices is comparatively quiet slow than fresh fruit juices! So even if I would call for them, the quantity requirement would be quiet low for them to get supplied for. But I still wouldn’t mind sampling them.
Please do let me know how can I get the samples for the same!
