Loved the take-aways:
1. Risk taking ability in entrepreneurship needs to have the right companions: passion and (i absolutely believe) the heads involved. Both the factors impact the outcome vastly.
 
2. There is a difference between pioneering and being before your time - again, the outcomes vary; being before your time doesn't necessarily bring on success. How do we understand the fine line between the two...
 
3. Simplicity - this is the big one; in the concept, plan, roll-out and very importantly.. in handling down-times!!
