Dear Fellow Rodinhooders

I need help. If any body knows any senior person at Atom Technologies. They have taken advance Rs 19000 from us few months back as set up fee for payment gateway. They could not install it as they don’t have the plugins for Prestashop. Now they have vanished and do not respond to our mails to process the refund. The person who collected the cheque from me Sheeraz Ahmad has also left the company.Please help

Power Of Rodinhood

After I posted this refund issue here on Rodinhood. Two person responded and helped me. Darshan Bhambiru not only responded but took up the issue with Atom Team. Another Rodinhooder Mr. Vishwas Patel CEO of CC Avenue took up the issue with Atom CEO Mr. Dewang Neralla and the very next day I got a linked in message from Dewang asking me the details. I sent him the details and today I got a call from Atom that my refund will be done by tomorrow. I am grateful to Rodinhood, Darshan and Mr Vishwas patel. Jai Ho.

So Glad the issue was resolved with the Minimum Time frame and in the most Genuinely Possible Way with Humanitarian Ways of Functioning, this with the Core team members like Dewang Neralla and Shantha Bijai leading the team at Atom Technologies definitely worth a recommend for any requirement from any one in this regards in the Future (Payment Gateway), though the Technical issue for this one was not met , they have promised to look into it too for anything similar coming up in the future as well.

Thanks to the Team which worked Quickly and in the most appropriate way resolved the Issue at hand in a timely Manner Kudos!!
