Background Check

Hi there,

We are Australia based company launching our GPS tracking services in India.  We will be offering personal and vehicle tracking services. We have developed a phone app too for the purpose. The services will be launched all India basis.

To facilitate our operations we are into discussions with an Indian private ltd company to handle nationwide distribution and other activities. Can someone tell me how and who can help us in background check of the company as well as the directors?

    If you need help getting customers, let me know. My customers include tourist vehicle owners who are likely to be your clients as they have a huge fleet of cars.

    I agree with all the points which Rahul has beautifully pointed out but in case you are looking at a rather new company for this tie-up then you might look at giving a thought to some of these things too.

    A big company may have a good PR system in place, set business, growing numbers but are they up for the challenge to take that extra step, that extra call for you to get clients. Big Companies usually have their bellies full and are content with what is on their plate. Start ups are hungry to prove to themselves and to the world.  

    Please certainly do your due diligence with the background checks but I do believe passion,ownership and hunger to perform certainly gets some credit.

  7. Thanx a lot. I totally agree and have full faith in youngsters. What maximum loss they can cause to someone? Not perform or runaway without doing anything. They however still deserve chance because a fare number among them are fresh, full of ideas and keen to prove. And with the kind of experience we have, one thing is for sure, even if they under-perform or try to damage some how, we can still make amendments and keep growing..
