How do you guys currently manage your business intelligence and competitive research? I want to learn about processes, tools, templates and ideas on this.

I’m new to the term overall but want to learn as much you lovely people can contribute. Any resource links are welcome too. 🙂

There is no one size fits all solution. The strategy, tools and process are unique depending upon the channel, product, TG, etc. What is the nature of your business? What are your goals?

Though I don’t have any specific scope for this right now. I’d like learn things in context of the company I work at, myNoticePeriod.com.

Nature: Jobs & Recruitment

TG: Jobseekers (Excluding Freshers) & Recruiters

Product: It’s a job portal dedicated to readily available and notice period candidates. Recruiters find talent in short notice and jobseekers find better jobs faster.

Goals: Stay competitive & fast. Get quality jobseekers and hence recruiters who’d hire them.
