B) The service Offered Should have huge Market Landscape (Scalable)
C) The service Offered should have Affinity services that can help
it cater B2c or B2B customers
EG – Naukri.com is B2B service but offers Resume writting Service as B2C
D) Service Offered should be not very Complex and require Average Qualified Resources.
Eg :- Biotechnology Lab vs Shoe Laundary
D) The service should have less number of Iteration as customer Life cycle
Example : A javed habbi Hair Cutting Spa Vs real estate Projects company
E) serviec should be Mass market and subscription based.
