Challenges for a Training Institute

Hi,

I am planning to start my own training institute where I plan to impart technology ( IT languages and Mobile platforms) and management (self help) skills.

I would like someone to share his knowledge about the same who has done it before or has experience working in such a field.

I would like to know the challenges, the right marketing approach, the right advertising strategy, how to make it lean, where the efforts should be concentrated, what kind of investment amount we are looking at and also the legal aspects of opening an institute like what all is required.

I have worked with Software Industry for the past 7 1/2 years and was into Software development.

I know a couple of guys who would be interested in imparting training in my institute. So finding decent trainers is not be a problem.

How is your training venture shaping ?

Being in placement domain, and having placed campus students in BPOs now we want to train them in IT or core technologies and then place in relevant industries, Please share your experience.
