Lean Startup Machine – Bengaluru is an intensive three-day workshop which aims at helping entrepreneurs define their product by adopting the Lean Startup principles and leveraging tools such as the Experimentation Board.

It is a widely accepted figure that 9/10 products fail [highly debatable, for those in the mood, rephrase it as – a large number of products fail] and one of the main contributors to this failure is “lack of customer validation“.

The Lean Startup principles teaches the entrepreneurs to understand the needs of the customer through a series of experiments(versus the customer wants). The Build-Measure-Learn loop propagated by Lean Startup principles encourages an entrepreneur to build a Minimum Viable Product and gain customer insights using which the product can be refined.
