Help needed for MBAkaKeeda.com

Hello lovely people, Im the founder of an online portal for Managment students in India (https://mbakakeeda.com), We are more than a blog now, we get a decent amount of traffic, we have few full time editors/writers, we have done a decent job promoting the site through Social Media /SEO etc. now, the problem is what next?

we own all the Ka Keeda domains, I.e engineering ka keeda, bba ka keeda ca ka keeda etc.
we are planning to get into offline events and MBA entrance exam preparations (Im a math tutor myself, and Sukrut is a motivator and GD/PI trainer), but that would be one service we are planning to come up with.
We have good content, people are active on forums, we had a decent growth in the past 3 months (its been 6 months we started mba ka keeda up)
the journey has been amazing, we have been fortunate enough to have had it.

now we need your help to grow.
all the webmasters can suggest code error etc,
SEO gyaanis can help us with how we can make our sites SEO better,
and all the startup gurus can throw some light on how do we secure some funds to grow/start up other portals under the flagship of ka keeda.

To just let you know know aobut our stats, We have recently corssed 1 Lakh PV/ months.

we get on an average 1000 to 2000 UV (Google report)
I dont want to make money out of Google ads, it sucks. (you have to loose a visitor for 5 cents), we are writing a book on GD/PI preparation which be distributed free (PDF) to MBA ka Keeda students very soon.

we have got the industry experts to help us out with this.

I ask you to help me in improving the site and content, and also, Im fairly new to this startup world, we are looking out for some funds to expand our services. how do we go forward with this?

Thanks.

  1. To get accepted in Adsense program for Indian websites , the sites must be up and running for at least 6 months.

    Try applying again after that.

  2. Hi Murtuza,

You have good numbers going for you. Congrats on your venture! Some suggestions/feedback

    1. Your changed layout is much more mature than earlier but it can be better. You need to use your real estate in a better manner. Currently there’s lot of whitespace and maybe that much is not required, due to this even some of the content is looking cluttered. There is no harm in checking out how other’s have gone about doing this. Check out mashable or even nextbigwhat.

    2. Fix spelling errors in the title of the home page “believe”.

    3. Concentrate on offline events, I liked your internship mela idea. Do more of that, maybe once every month. Its a boon for both startupers as well as students.

    4. Just concentrate on getting rich content and I am sure it will drive traffic and that will drive revenue.

    All the best!!!
