As most of you know – we (www.mypoolin.com) are a growing and well funded venture based in Delhi – NCR. The aim is to revolutionize the space of social payments in the mobile consumer market.

We are a very lean and product focused team and would like to add 1 more awesome person – Visual and UI designer. The current phase is where we are iterating and evolving heavily, hence the learning and responsibility along with the growth prospect is huge.
Job description –
**A Ninja Designer to build an amazing product that makes peoples’ social lives more fun and easy. We’re creating a unique design culture. Designers and engineers play the core leadership role in defining the product.
You are:
**Skilled: Your portfolio demonstrates your ability to design useful and usable user interfaces, and write good copy.
**A problem solver: We’re not interested in artists or decorators. You must be passionate about identifying and solving problems for the startup community.
**Tough: You can gracefully take and intelligently handle direct feedback on your ideas and work. You can deal with engineers doing things that you don’t like (and by “deal” we mean you’re OK fixing their messes and educating them without creating a fuss).
**Qualified: a degree in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic), HCI, CS, or a related field is nice to have, but general intelligence and curiosity are better.
