How do you store your Holiday memories after coming from vacation?

Hi,

We all love to go on holidays &  post pics on FB or other social networking sites after coming from vacation.

Do you feel keeping pics album or writing blogs is the only way you can store your holidays memories ?.

Before going on holidays, we do lot of research, ask lot of friends, checkout different websites, spend a more a week’s time to make perfect holidays but after coming from holidays, we just get busy in sharing fotos and few travellers who like blogging do that.

Is there any wayout to keep my holiday memories except pics n blogs ?

Do share your views and insights.

Thanks & Cheers

  1. Manish,

I do blog the treks i do and also save the pictures into Picasa.

The blog help other but also helps me revisit the trip. Photos help relive the moments.

Other than experience, photos one does not get back anything from the trip. So to keep it alive blogging is ideal.

    My two bits…

    My blog is at amards.blogspot.com

    Cheers

  2. SOUVENIRS. when I went to goa for the first time, I bought back a bottle of sand. Any thing from my vacation acts as a trigger for moments and thereby emotions.

  3. make a photosong with the few hit songs of that year as background score so that years later you will not only refresh the holiday memories but everyone will also know about the hit songs of those years…

create a personalized calendar for each year or a yearly photo book…

    Cheers!

  4. I used to upload some of my pictures on Facebook and for saving them I upload them online on picasa. It get stored there for life time and do not have to worry about loosing them any how.
