How to start an E-commerce business in an International CIty

Hope you all are doing well….

I am planning to start a e-commerce business in UAE which will be dealing in retail and real estate. the idea is at very naive stage.

Real Estate: I plan to bring all the real estate dealers in UAE Online and then promoting them through social media.

Retail: The idea is bring online different retail shops or shops in different malls so that they can too sell their products online. The logistics will be taken care by our company.

My queries are:

1. How can I find out the idea about the investments including the hidden investments in an e-comm start up? Any website or book to read about the e-comm set ups.

2. How can I approach the customers in UAE without actually visiting UAE.
