If UI looks good and professional...people will surely join it and so the content will follow as well...

UI is very unprofessional, lots of spelling error...where is the consistency....
I do not want to disappoint you, but this what other would think when looking at your website. Start with few features, make it stand out, at least use some UI framework eg (bootstrap to start with) to make it look better...
Most important question.. do we really need another social networking website?

If you are doing it on your own without any help,then I would recommend hiring interns to help you out. You will even find students who do it for free to have some kind of work exp.Hope you take it constructively :)
