my guess is they're getting rid of excess/dead stock and creating a bit of buzz (though spending more than earning).

in my opinion, people find it way more comfy ordering books like "this" at home. and those who don't, download the relevant parts!!!

Crafts villa keeps 15% margin on product and pays seller 10rs for product display. this book may be a fake copy from Bangkok, China.

Because of the market size (greater sales)  they can sacrifice the profit margins of certain items also creating required buzz.

Isn't that a brilliant idea to attract traffic to your portal ? I already see a count of 654 views here (including mine) and I am sure atleast 10% would have hit the link already. So even if you sell a few Kamasutra-mini at a loss and quickly run out of stock, you are getting a good amount of visitors/buyers to your portal for free!!  Maybe a good marketing stint !!!
