Live Chat Officer for an Ayurveda E-Commerce Website

Nirogam is a fast growing natural health and alternate remedies E-Commerce store.  Nirogam places special focus on making people aware about Ayurveda, Naturopathy and other streams of Alternative Medicine. One of the effective customer touch points on our website is the Live Chat Feature with our team knowledgeable in Ayurveda, and our range of products. We are looking for people who have good communication skills, and extensive knowledge about our product range, so that they can service chat requests, and help us convert more visitors into buyers. 

Essential Skills 

– Knowledge about Ayurveda, and Naturopathy as a stream of medicine, and have self-adopted the Ayurvedic Way of Living. 

– Sound understanding of Internet, E-Commerce, and Internet Research 
– Must to have : Excellent Verbal and Communication Skills 
– You derive a lot of satisfaction from helping other people. 
– You need to be someone who loves keeping things organised 
– You need to be a problem solver who is fanatical about customers 
– Customer experience is on the top of your mind

– You keep thinking how other businesses could have served their customers better.
– Language Proficiency for Hindi, English and at least one other local Indian language.
– Should have a keen eye for detail, problem solving skills, and Multi-tasking skills.
– Excellent Typing Speed

Responsibilities include : 
– Chatting with online visitors, and providing them assistance in selecting new products, and completing their transactions
– Providing quick reference to visitors if they are seeking any help for a particular product or a particular ailment. Need to have quick fingers.
– Co-ordinating with the back-end logistics team to provide support to customers, about their order status
– Upselling and Cross-selling products which might be a relevant to a Customer, after you know their Buying Intent
– Following up with old leads and customers, via e-mail and converting them into customers, or repeat purchasers.
– Entering your chat transcripts, and recording all chat and e-mail leads, into Zoho CRM
– You may be required to handle 5 concurrent chats at the same time.
– Raise any critical issues to the Team Lead, or the doctor, and send an email to the doctor, in case the customer needs medical help.
– Quickly reference articles from Nirogam’s blog to assist the visitor in quickly arriving at a decision.

Candidates having past experience in working in Customer Service, Chat Support can apply. Students fresh out of Ayurvedic colleges, willing to help people, and gain exposure to a wide spectrum of potential customers and patients can also apply.
