Looking for 2 cofounders || Tech & Operations only || Have a working MVP – Real Estate

I have been working in the Real Estate industry for the past 5 years (since June 2010) and have run a consultancy startup for more than 3 years by the name of Black & White Aventura. We have three operational offices in Mumbai (Powai, Bandra & Lower Parel). We have done cumulative revenues of the order of approx 4 Cr (duly audited every year).

Coming from a Computer Engineering background I was trying to come up with an idea that solves the problem of Real Estate using technology. (After brainstorming on the idea for more than 6 months, last year in Oct 2014, I excused myself from the daily operations of my previous startup and started focusing all my energies, time and efforts on building a new startup – a technology company by the name of Nexchanges Marketplaces Pvt Ltd.

The vision at Nechanges is to build an exchange platform (mobile app only approach) that allows for:
a) Real time mapping of demand and supply,
b) Real time price discovery,
c) Cuts down the prospecting cycle for service providers from 2-3 days to a few minutes, d) Real time multi party negotiations

I already have a working MVP (I have coded the server side and the android app) which I plan to deploy in the market by the next month.

I am looking for cofounders to join my team. I am specifically looking for 2 full time Cofounders one from a tech background (hardcore server side technologists having expertise in either of (PHP, Java, Erlang, Scala, Python, Ruby) and the other from an Operations background.

Other than that I am also open for joining core team members who have expertise in building Android and IOS apps.
