We are looking for a marketing manager to handle all our marketing activities (online) for hdfcred.com. HDFC RED is an online property portal which lists new properties for sale.
The person should have a work experience of 3-6 years and should be well versed with SEM. He/she will have a team to handle. The job Description is mentioned below
Location :
* Mumbai – 1 Position (Male/Female – Work Experience 3-6 Years)
Requirements :
* Graduate / PG – any specialisation.
* Work experience in digital/online media (preferably with hard-core SEM experience in an agency)
* Good interpersonal and communication skills – must have the ability to interact and
communicate with user/client and understand their requirements.
* Must possess excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
* Must have the ability to prioritise, multi-task and work independently to research and resolve
issues.
* Must have excellent knowledge of the English language – written and spoken.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
* Must be well-groomed and presentable.
Roles & Functions:
* Managing a team and coordinating work with other departments to deliver value to our stakeholders.
*The person will be responsible for the successful operational management of online marketing campaigns
* Developing and delivering marketing plans in order to reach required traffic targets and to
reach the required audience
* Manage external online advertising agencies to ensure that marketing spends are optimized
* Work with other parts of Digital Media to ensure that we get competitive click through rates for
SEM keywords
* Person will also make recommendations regarding emerging digital and new technologies,
and identify strategic partners when needed.

Remuneration
As per industry standard (fixed salary). Remuneration will not be
a constraint for the right candidate.
