Key Responsibilities:

 Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.

  1. Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

  1. Maintains and enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

  1. Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
  2. Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
  3. Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  4. Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records.
  5. Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  6. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

 

 

Skillls and Experiences

 

  1. Minimum 2 years of proven HR Generalist experience
  2. MBA preferred, Bachelor’s Degree required with excellent academic credentials
  3. Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment.
  4. Self-motivated with the ability to interface well with both internal and external customers
  5. Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  6. Results-focused, team-oriented and a strong work ethic
  7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative, build strong relationships and influence leadership.
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office

‘bounty’ is a mobile app that incentivizes desired consumer behavior .  When people walk into a restaurant or a retail store, the app automatically recognizes the location, alerts them to check-in and rewards them. It serves as a real-time digital platform for offline businesses bridging online-offline consumer behavior.  This patent-pending technology works without GPS and without even internet and uses some of the latest high end machine learning techniques.

 

We are a team of about 15 passionate people with a nice mix of experience and freshness. The team consists of various people ranging from 18 years of experience in technology to 12 years of data sciences experience to 5 years of entrepreneurial journey to 3-4 years to fresh out of college.
