My first experience @ The Rodinhoods Open House

It was the first time I attended The Rodinhoods Open House and I am proud to share my experience.

I was contemplating to move out of my home given the soaring temperature of Mumbai. Somehow I gathered my courage to reach NSE, Bandra on Saturday, March 28 and I am happy to say that it was worth the effort.

Unexpectedly, the open house started with our National Anthem. It was more than enough to get me excited. It was followed by a session on Authorpreneurship by well-known writer Ashwin Sanghi. It was indeed one of the best presentations with great insights sprinkled with humour. I never knew what a author has to go through in his journey.

The second session was related to VC and was moderated by the Guru of Rodinhoods, Alok Kejriwal :). In the panel were Arihant Patni and Rajan Mehra who took us through various stages, challenges and expectations during a funding. What followed was a success story, story of Story Pick right from the horse’s mouth, Tonmoy.

Sadly, I had to leave after that session due to prior commitments. But it was worth it and I promise to stay till chai and samosa the next time 🙂
