Need some real-world guidance on Event Management!

Hi,

I have some questions with respect to the Event Management industry and I wanted some real-world answers from someone who has been there done that.

Basically, following are my broad questions:

1. Do you face a challenge accessing new talent(musician, magician, MC etc) for any event?

2. Do you keep working with the same talent for all events?

3. If you are working in a different city is getting talent there a challenge(in terms of time, money etc) and would it be easier to access talent from the same city itself?

Ofcourse, when I say talent, I’m talking about someone who’s not a celebrity, somebody relatively unknown. There are more questions, but I would love to hear your views on these.

The reason I ask these questions is whether an online platform that aggregates talents from across the country in one place to choose from be of any use to you? Would you pay for it?
