Hi Guys,

We are preparing a Business Plan for our startup Fitrangi.com. Specially to go for funding.

Need some suggestions from you guys in preparing Marketing Budget,

I am little confused how to prepare a Marketing Budget & Audience acquisition through that for next 1-2 year.

– What assumptions we should take in Marketing budget?

– How this budget will divide..? like PR, Social Media, Offline, Salaries & others?

– How much should be the Marketing budget compared to Sales figures?

– What is a standard conversion ratio through various marketing activities?

– How to identify the Audience acquisition through a particular Marketing activity? is there any standard procedures?

Can you suggest me something which i can refer for this…?

Two separate things, Business plan and Marketing plan!!! A few resources which you (or anyone similarly looking for it) can use by going through them and decide what is it that they want to get done DIY, if not consult some professionals.

I gone through the entire links and article shared above.

Btw. the links shared for “How to Create a Marketing Plan” only says importance of marketing plan.

but i am looking for some ref. which i can use for actually drafting it on paper

specially if it is related to Online Business.

Any other reference ?
