Our e-commerce portal has been hacked – i need tech and payment gateway help

Hello,

I am the Co-founder of Stemline Flowers & Events Pvt. Ltd. Our e-commerce portal www.stemline.in had been hacked a few weeks ago.We managed to restore the site in few days, but then Big Rock disabled it due to infected files.

Our payment gateway service providers, CC Avenues also deactivated our account due to security issues.The site is made using Open Cart.We don’t have any tech person in our team. Can anyone assist us please? We will surely compensate you for your time.

If you can connect us with someone at Big Rock or CC Avenues that would be awesome too! We want to resolve this matter on priority as well as have someone on retainer to maintain/update our site as well.

pls use the search engine and checkout posts where big rock has been mentioned.

I suggest you take the site and host it again .

Clean up the infected files.
See what is present in corrupted files.

Google for it and then identify the cause so you can clean easily.

Start new accounts with big rock and cc avenue.

Ensure same bug doesn’t hit again.

It’s easy.move step by step.

I can understand the pain, have survived from such attack. In addition to file correct, my site had also got marked by Google as possible threat. Let me know how can I contact you ? I am aware of Open Cart, Web hosting and Payment gate integration.

just wanted to add a quick update –

i wrote to vishwas patel (the founder of cc avenues, who is one of our earliest rodinhooders) – sharing this link and within 2 hours he replied and got someone to look into the issue!!!

how awesome is that?!
