I am soon to start my business of paper manufacturing for which I need to sanction for loan.
For loan sanction, banks are asking me for project report which needs to be submitted.
Can anyone pl help me with the latest report presentation format & useful points which need to be added ?

PS: referred project profiles of msme & trying to make accordingly. CA asks for 20-30k to make report which I think its worthless.

Hi Harshit,
Usually a CA who is experienced in this job won’t ask that amount from you upfront. The normal fees is 2-2.5% of the total loan sought. This way, they make extra efforts to ensure that the loan gets sanctioned without any unnecessary hiccups, and they will handle all hiccups arising.
Now, if this comes out to be more than what your CA is asking, you should go for it. However, agree with him that the money will come to him ONLY if the loan is sanctioned (or at least 70% of it, and 30% you can pay upfront).
