My name is Rishi and we are looking for some man power help
A little background about us
We (my wife and myself) are a young enterprising and ambitious couple. We have started a marketing agency (Redstone) and have ambitions to turn it into an MPO. Our strong academic and professional background has helped us gain credence thus enabling us to reach the advance stages of negotiations with a couple of clients. Which brings us to our 1st requirement. Manpower
In order to turn around the projects (for client confidentiality reasons, I am not at liberty to post the details of the project here), we need a sales force / on ground team (5 in the 1st stage and 10 later). We are unable to figure out who do we turn to for help in getting the required people. The on ground team need not be highly qualified. Training them for the required job would be our responsibility. We are mainly looking for free lancers / extremely economical manpower at this initial stage. Once we build a performance platform with the clients, we will be in a position to roster them.
