Sales Director / VP of Sales at SmartRx

Job Description

We are looking for energetic people to form part of the core team to play senior leadership role and help market the solution. Being part of a startup, you will have utmost fun working on all aspects of the marketing and sales activities including marketing plans, building sales pipeline and manage sales goals and activities that exercises your creative minds.

Ideal candidates would have:

  •  Passion for sales and marketing preferably with experience working in startups
  •  Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business development at hospitals, Hospital information system (HIMS)sales
  •  Proven ability to meet sales goals, manage sales activities and team is a must
  • Required skills in direct selling, lead generation, team management, sales management, building partnerships and strategic marketing
  • Degree in any of the following fields – MBA, BE with clear interest in sales and marketing
  • Ability to learn quickly and wear multiple hats

Roles and Responsibilities:

  •  Lead sales activities for the company and recruit a team of sales people
  • Manage day-to-day sales activities and be responsible for monthly/quarterly goals
  • Identify and build prospective business leads in specific geographies or specialty areas
  • Direct marketing and selling to prospective doctors and hospitals including field work
  • Business development activities to build partnerships and distribution channels
  • Manage related marketing and advertising activities
