   So is this is NEW hardware from HP or is it a Second hand system from some one (already the first, second, third… owner) Should have the DVD’s and other accessories that are a part of the original system along with the OS installation
   DVD’s Cd’s etc as well with it included too.

   If this is a New system the OS would come along with it pre installed and also on a DVD / CD etc also the Support would be available from the HP Support as well for the same, if there are any components which are outdated they should be able to recommend the same to you as well and help you with the required updates / upgrades as well as per the Contract of Purchase (you should get hold of the Person who executed the Sale with you to get these completed)

   Looks like you are based out of Kolkata so checking in the near abouts with any of the Computer services or with Just Dial should get you some leads too, or best would be to ask the person from whom you purchased the system in the first place to get it into Operational State as per your needs.

   If you want to Have a File Server to be setup for 5 – 50 Systems you can have a LAN setup via which you can enable file and Print sharing services with any one System acting as your Server (Could be any Good Configuration with choice of OS not necessarily a Server Grade system) and Shared Folders for easy and Secure access, use either of the OS available either in the Linux or the Windows server as required with regards to your requirement and Budget too.    Thanks Darshan,

   It is a new server..and was already registered online. After trying all the above solutions suggested by you, I wrote here. These days servers dont come with DVDs or CDs with drivers. Unfortunately HP do not mention the full weblink on their packs for downloading display and other drivers.  

   Now the problem is sorted out. Actually, Windows Server 2012 R2 Essentials is the new version for Small Business. We have installed the licensed copy and have configured it. Its now working fine.

   Microsoft Windows Small Business Server 2011 Standard and Essentials has been phased out.
