Hello! I am Nikhil and I run a real estate lab in Bangalore, continuously trying to do newer things and find ways to make some old things/ processes better.
Having seen the need for quality small offices and an ecosystem which helps small companies like ours to focus on the main business without getting pulled into the nitty gritties of running the business, we came up with the idea of 80Edifice.
80 Edifice is a start-up ecosystem located at Indiranagar, Bangalore. Pursuing your entrepreneurship dream is not a cakewalk and there are always challenges. Besides the obvious challenge of uncertainty and risk, there is also a big challenge of budding entrepreneurs not having a clue of how to run a business. The legalities of it, the taxation, admin – you are answerable for everything. While it is a big high to be accountable for everything, it also means that you will be spending your most expensive resource- your time on areas which can be a distraction and take you away from your main dream. This realization was the genesis of building this ecosystem.
Now that it’s taken shape and is just about ready, we are looking for a partner who is looking at starting and running a start-up ecosystem. Typically the idea is to partner with a company who is already running something similar in other parts of the world or is seriously looking to start one. We bring the real estate on the table as part of our bargain.
80 Edifice has 4000 sqft space in 2 floors and 16 offices in the range of 350 sqft to 800 sqft – apt for small companies to have a professionally run place along with sufficient parking. You can find more details here.
