I have started a recruitment firm  on Jan 1st 2007, With a team of 2, Very unconventional but it had to be that way..from being an accident entrepreneur to leading a team of 20+, working with leading business consulting firms in the space of KPO/IT R&D to staffing(Temp) we have seen it all as we learnt that business changes very rapidly..some times it is different every quarter..we need to change and adapt.The question which i always ask is "What Next"

When i look back @ the pre reforms years India had only license raj / big family businesses..many things have changed once the economy opened up ,When i look West or East..there are many companies which have sustained for years to come and they have been able to do so by sustaining their growth through change.

What startup's should be looking for is in A Cube policy..the products/offerings they have should be Affordable,Adaptable and easily Available.

The same questions today are raised by any investor.

Continuous growth is not always possible and we should be able to identify the next growth areas which are sustainable in nature well ahead with more and more investment of time to go in to R&D for startups before embarking the journey as an entrepreneur.
