The Rodinhoods community has seen amazing growth over the last couple of years and it continues to grow from strength to strength.

However, all communities change in character and some disintegrate after a point of time.

While the rodinhoods is in no such danger, I thought I would take a moment to talk about the spirit of rodinhoods so that newer members enjoy it more and help grow it further.

From my perspective, the spirit of rodinhoods is all about:

Sharing | Helping | Doing | Ideating | Mentoring | Meeting New Folks | Good Karma | Individuality | Happiness | Peace – And without expectations.

Its about a bunch of people who are passionate about startups and life and who want to make a difference, and have fun while doing it.

The way I see it, TRHS is not just another network platform or feedback platform. Its a diverse group of people having conversations, sharing knowledge, helping each other out and just being themselves.

95% of internet users are consumers of information and knowledge created by a small minority. Here too, while we have 6000+ members, there is a much smaller group creating and interacting.

Lets change that a bit. Lets get a bit naked. (Not literally of course 😉

All of us have thoughts, views, ideas, expertise, knowledge and opinions on a wide range of topics. Lets see more of them here instead of just creating an account to post a link about your startup / idea and then disapperaring.
