Therodinhooders Bangalore Mixer!!!
Dear Rodinhooders,
I am in Bangalore next Thursday - the 23rd.
There is an event I am attending at the Hotel Lalit (Bangalore) that day.
I was hoping to do a small get together in Bangalore for all rodinhooders and their friends and everyone and anyone they may want to bring along! As usual it will be a dutch thingy.

Any ideas on venue?
It should be a place where we could get some nice drinks and snacks/dinner. Something that could charge each of us a per head cost so that then settling the bills becomes less of a hassle?
(In Delhi, the restaurant host just took credit cards of everyone and stuck post it notes of everyones names on it and then charged as you consumed - that worked beautifully)
So please suggest and if possible, can someone volunteer to help me just make sure we have a ROCKING EVENING??
Ps - this is what the Delhi Party was all about!

was @ UB City in the evening, Fava, Shiro's, City Bar all are good choices, Just that you dont get any deals for groups less than 25 people. I am not yet sure on the numbers we would be having... for 25+ numbers, Rs. 1400/- (Unlimited Booze IMFL & Food) per head.
I have frozen on Fava, light music, good for our kind of informal gathering.... yes slightly expensive than other places in town, but the convenience of parking & centrally located ease of access for all... Hard Rock Cafe is the next best choice, out of UB City.... I am game for FAVA... So 23rd we are on... @ FAVA, UB City... 7:00pm onwards.
If we have more votes for Hard Rock Cafe... then so be it !

Sorry I got in Late :-) What about The Bier Club @ Alok its the first microbrewery in Bangalore and their Wheat beer is amazing :-) Its very close to UB city / Fava.

Jyoti - in delh, each of our members paid 1k+ and that was without food...
Arre, we are not hostelites baba...and honestly, just come in, meet have a soft drink!! Its meeting and ambience that really the focus no!?
