This is simply a PR exercise with the direct motive of fundraising. Like Real Estate businesses advertise with the hypothetical photos of beautiful buildings while the land is still barren, and attract buyers; same way they are trying to pool investors while the whole world knows no market player to lend them a hand at the moment.
With an announcement of almost two-third of their net worth being pumped into Indonesia, maybe they raise funds from elsewhere, if not possible from India. And, the funds may currently be used to improve their present health.
