Which is Best Ad network fo Indian Users to promote as well as for Revenues?

Hi Guys,

This is my first post here. So consider me as a newbie in the group. 🙂

Giving a brief about myself, I am a Game Developer from New Delhi having 4+ years of experience into mobile gaming.

I have always been confused about using Ad frameworks. There are so many Ad networks available these days like Admob, Revmob, Chartboost, StartApp etc. I wanna know details from industry specialist for the same.

1. Ad network for best revenues (In India/ Outside India)?

2. Banner Ads/Full Screen Ads(Revenues)?

3. Promote own app using these?(In India/ Outside India)

4. Does category of App/Game affects revenues?
