Anyone here has any experience using PayTM as a payment provider?

Hi,

I have been exploring various payment gateways. I know most people here use CCAvenues and Billdesk, but I like PayTM.

I want to know if anyone of us here are already using PayTM? How is the experience, Good/Bad/Ugly? Is any Rodinhooder anyone working with PayTM?

Also are there any tips I should follow to get the best deal with a payment gateway provider?

  9. we have installed EBS on our site which is still under Alpha-Beta stage… had a few payments y’day. They all worked fine. no complaints of failure or issues as of now… can check the same out

    I was looking for a payment gateway and I came across your reply here then I sent a mail to sales@paytm.com as you suggested above but got no replies from there.

    So what I think is your sales team is not looking at most common point of contact and if this continues paytm may end up loosing thousands merchants.

    but If paytm doesn’t care about thousands because it has millions users already kindly ignore what I am saying.

  14. I would recommend you use PayU. PayTM service is bad. Where as PayU had lovely merchant interface and excellent service.
