Want to know if anyone of you have got a brilliant customer service online in India. Yes, there are lot of players who are pretty good at customer service offline.. like discounts, special attention and stuff… but what about online customer service? We don’t have time to pick up a phone and go through the IVR for 5 mins… we prefer writing an email or leaving a feedback online. Do Indian business owners attend you online and in a right manner? Not looking for the bad experiences bcos I know there would be hundreds if not thousands… looking for good online customer service experiences so that we all could learn and improvise.
