Absolute requirements (Must-haves):
- Must be available on a full-time basis
- Must have 3-4 years experience with open source web development tools and video editing/mixing/upload technologies
- Knowledge and expertise with PHP, HTML5, CSS, Javascript and MySQL
- Must have great design and good documentation skills
- Must write beautiful and highly optimized codes
- Must be argumentative and demanding.
Preferable requirements (Should-haves) :
- Should have prior software product development experience
- Should be dedicated, reasonably punctual and willing to work with small teams
- Should love technology and amazing gadgets
- Should be fun loving and foodie.
