Q: What exactly do you do?

 
Play a role of catalyst in adoption of Adobe Flash Platform and other related Adobe products either by helping others build their team in Rich Internet Applications and Digital Content creation space, with our training services or executing projects end to end with our interactive services or collaborating on large enterprise projects with our consulting services.

Q : Why do you do what you do? Is it to make money, to become famous, to retire, to kill boredom, WHAT?

 
To do justice to my potential and help others unleash their potential.
 

Q: Is there anything unique in what you do? And here ‘unique’ can mean anything – doing what’s been done for donkeys years and yet in a more cost efficient manner, or something new in a boring business or line or simply inventing something completely new ?

 
Since we have 3 services I would like to mention what is unique about each one of them and then an overall uniqueness:

Training – While there are multiple training companies to offer training to a fresh graduates , our courses are mainly aimed at working professionals who need high quality training to stay in demand in this constantly changing technology space. We have trained over 3000 IT professionals across India.

Interactive – We position this service as that of a web production house. Advertising agencies , end clients take benefit of this service when they know what they want and need someone to just execute the same. There are plenty of digital agencies with multiple ideas which lack execution. Here we are focused on execution and that is what makes us unique.

Consulting – the way we are unique in this is , we do not behave like ‘consultants’ who only preach the best practices. We work hands-on with the clients project collaborating with their team and sail them through the requirement.

Overall – Our business model makes us unique , the best talent teaches and creates talent for other 2 divisions and then the best talent of the other 2 business units is encouraged to share knowledge and teach. Thus,making us self-sufficient for our talent needs. Also the fact that we invest continuously in upgrading our skills, we are always ready before the market responds to the opportunity. And when the market realizes the opportunity, we get high returns for our preparedness across the value chain via training, interactive and consulting.

Q: Any one or two incidents that make you shiver or feel proud of your journey so far?

Shiver – When I saw ads of NIIT all over on offering similar services to us , I got a shiver down my spine. However after I dialled their toll free number and spoke to their representative, I realized that a working professional will never choose to spend money and time with them for this course. College students anyways seldom come to us, in fact I want to thank all other IT institutes for creating future pipeline of students for Tekno Point.

Q: State one really bad habit and one good habit (if you actually have one)

Bad habit : Had a loooooong list of them 6 weeks ago , got rid of all known bad habits like procrastination , over delegation, lazy, not taking care of health , over use of bad-words while talking with team and friends to drive a point , not being happy with self in spite of all the success etc

 

Good Habit : I have 3 good habits worth mentioning. #Read books #Wake up at 4: 30 am and go for a walk at 5 am every day including Sundays. # Pursuing Martial Arts, it gives me the energy to be disciplined in other aspects of my life.

Q : What are your famous last words to the readers ( if you knew you are going to be hit by a truck tomorrow, what would you like to tell the world (other than to be crossing the road safely)?

Love yourself enough to wake up and go for a walk at 5 am.
