Introducing Credihealth into your lives – Medical assistance for India’s Healthcare problems

Dear Rodinhooders, 

Although I’ve been a part of this community for some time, I’d like to introduce Credihealth to all of you today. 

What is Credihealth?

Credihealth is working to be India’s Medical Assistant, helping a patient through their hospitalization journey.

This includes helping the patient or patient’s family member choose the best doctor for their medical issue according to doctor qualification, years of experience and convenience.

Next, the patient’s doctor appointment is booked and follow-up scheduled. In case the patient needs surgery, Credihealth helps the patient make an informed decision by providing him with  three or more treatment quotations from leading hospitals. This helps patients compare and select the best option for himself.

Please note: All Credihealth services are free for all patients.

Currently, Credihealth is available in Delhi NCR, Mumbai Region, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore, Jaipur, Pune, Ranchi and Indore. India’s largest network of hospitals with over 500 hospital partners, Credihealth is available pan India on their toll free number 1800-1022-733 from 9 AM to 7 PM Monday to Saturday.

Does Credihealth have an app as well?

Credihealth has recently launched a new version of their health app which unleashes several features – making it convenient for patients to make informed medical decisions. One of the major three releases include getting procedure cost estimate.

A person can easily submit a request on the app – with their credentials – and get cost estimates on three procedures or treatments. They can get these pricings from three hospitals – all from the comfort of their homes.

    1. Do you have app only in Android? No IOS? 
    2. Difficult?? – Business model. What is the way to generate revenue?

    Am in to HIT for more than 15 years, have companies in ehalth and healthcare services.

    Thanks! 

    1.Yes currently we’ve only launched an app for android and are working on the iOS version. 

    2. We generate revenue by acting as an additional marketing channel for hospitals.

    Apologies you found the video boring. I’ll be trying to edit in some interesting slides instead. 🙂

    I am glad you mentioned your confusion. A majority of people find it difficult to imagine a free, unbiased service that provides personalized service in the healthcare system.

    I give you a recent example, where I met a family friend who turned out to be a DGHS member. He told me he knew which hospital he wanted to go to but was confused which doctor to consult. I told him that Credihealth would help provide detailed info on doctors like years of experience, areas of expertise and achievements. This is where our services provide him the personal touch. 

    While providing doctor options is one aspect, let’s say a close friend had to urgently seek a cardiologist. Where would he go? The first instinct would be to ask family and friends if they consulted a good heart specialist. At this time of need, people want options quick and they want the treatment options. Our team of in-house doctors understand the patient’s requirements and navigate him according to his personal need – hence personalized service.
