Is it necessary for a startup company to register itself ?

And if it is necessary then what are the best options available.

I am planning to start a software company.

Can you please advice me on this question .

    We have not registered our company but we are planning to do it.

    We especially plan to start and create software products for indian customers.

    What will be better option for a registering  software startup business.

    Can you please tell me some information about LLP.

    And what is the advantage of registering your company in LLP ?

    Can you give me some information about the tax structure in LLP?

    And if we register our startup do we need to pay tax on the software product in LLP ?

  2. Go to llp.gov.in and click on how to register an LLP.. the instructions are pretty straightforward and the whole process should not take more than a month.

    I have attached the file also.. also see other intsructions like filling up forms online.
