Need feedback on making client interaction better

Digital Marketing is an industry where the expectations of clients are difficult to meet. I am trying to help our team and our clients understand our hard work & direction. Please help me draft one document. The following are the sections.

  • Why the work is impossible without you?

Our current focus (just an example for a client)

  • 40%: SEO (Ranking improvement)
  • 20%: Google analytics and regular work and reporting
  • 10%: Social media community
  • 10%: Affiliate management
  • 10%: Brand management, conversation tracking and competitor analysis
  • 10%: Newsletter

  • How we make Startgey for a project?
  • How we choose keywords for Ranking?
  • How we decide a monthly plan?
  • What is our process of execution, quality checks etc

  2. Seems to be alright. I guess you will vary the focus section based on the individual business and the industry it is in?

  3. Thats right Abey! We will be changing the focus for each client. For some we will be doing 100% SEO and for some 0% SEO. Thats were we want to place ourselves, helping people with right strategies covering the End to End of Digital marketing. Adding video marketing + mobile marketing soon. Thanks,
