We use MTNL broadband for office and happy with the service. But to be on safer side we thought it is better to have a back up. One of my cousin uses Tikona and he recommended them, so we called Tikona. Tikona sales guy charged some 550 bucks as installation fee and asked a one month advance which will be adjusted against first bill. I gave him the cheque. Installation was done in 2-3 days.
