Why Alex Salmond is the best Scottish Entrepreneur of all time..!

Irrespective of their interests, the whole world was watching The Scottish referendum of last week. Undoubtedly a very special event to watch in our lifetime, if a country wish to break their union accord of 307 years, or in other words, if they really feel they are capable of captaining their own ship.…

For a Week, My Bathroom became My Classroom!!

Har Cheez kuch Sikhati hai…… Kabhi Chup rehkar, to Kabhi cheekh cheekh kar hume apni baat samjhati hai!!

(Every Thing around us teaches us something or other… Some times by keeping mum and sometimes by shouting from the roof)

And this was experienced by me a few days ago…. When my Geyser TALKED to me…. Yes it did and…

Frankness of Speech

Frankness of speech has become a fashion amongst today’s youth. The level of frankness in speech determines the style icon of today and not just the dressing sense or hair styling. It plays an important role in uplifting the social image of an individual, a common man and not only an entrepreneur. People are judged not only by their profile pictures or photo albums on the social networking websites, but also by their status messages, comments, etc.

I should better keep my focus on…

Letter from an Entrepreneur to his Mother

Dear Mother,

I've been fortunate to be the reason for your happiness since my early childhood. Perhaps that's why you named me Harsh. It has always been my endeavour to make you proud of me in things that I give my heart and soul into. Lately, I haven't been able to give you that contentment which you had always expected of me. I'm not sorry about it since the truth of the matter is that the thing that I've given my heart and soul has still not borne fruits and is going to take a long…

My first Rodinhood Open House and Maruti Suzuki

The 22nd June 2012 Rodinhood Open House was the first one for me.

Many thanks to Alok Rodinhood Kejriwal and Himanshu Mody.

Because at the Rodinhood open house you meet Ideas (and creators of those ideas called ‘entrepreneurs’).

I was carrying an idea too.

If there was a meter to measure entrepreneurial energy, the meter would have exploded. Simply because 15 unique ideas were unpacked with strong entrepreneurial passion.

Inspiration is ok but please adapt

Some wise man once told me that the phrase “Original Idea” is oxymoronic. Ideas are always inspired from- you take    something from here, something from there, add something to it and you then cull out something ‘new’. The person who does the best mix and match is the ‘successful…

Life as an Entrepreneur

Challenges, sorrows, failures, disappointments, success, risks, recognition, satisfaction etc etc these words are always entangled with an entrepreneur’s life. As much as you gain you lose the same. Sometimes joys, sometimes sorrow, sometimes confusions, sometimes challenges, life is not easy as you think. When travelling in this path, after sometime if you turn back and see you will realize what you have earned as well as what you have lost.

Now I’m an entrepreneur. It’s nearly one…

Making your passion your profession- 9% growth makes it possible !

Some recent ads that I have been seeing on TV which talk about being “caught in the wrong job” have set me thinking about what a colossal waste of the nation’s time and energy has been happening over the past 60 years because so many of our countrymen have been working in professions not because they like them and therefore have a flair for them but because that is what has been “chosen” for them by someone else.

All of us have a dream of doing something when we are young. I remember… Continue
