Alright, this is another one of my late night inspirations. Just done watching Erin Brockovich and completing one of my long pending work assignments, I thought I would pen some of my thoughts down about this amazing movie and what we entrepreneurs can learn from it! So here goes…

First post here and is simply a repost from my blog.
Three, not so random, thoughts on entrepreneurship -

Dear fellow Rodinhooder,
I've been training very hard for the Mumbai half marathon. One day, while training, I started thinking about how entrepreneurship is so similar to running a marathon. I started thinking about "festina lente" or "making haste slowly" and how it could be used as a strategy to cross the finishing line in both. I…Continue
1. Vision: I started my 2006 Asian games campaign as far back as 2002. The vision of a medal in 2006 is what drove me to train from 2002 till 2006. When I started, it was not clear which event I would be participating or the path to get that medal.
The original vision for iLogo was to organize the fragmented & disorganized business of custom T-Shirts globally. This has kept us going through all challenges.

Many will say their products, their technology, maybe Alok will also say their packaging, right Alok? even their pursuit of wow or their meticulous ways of working! Yes, all this added on to make Apple what it is today but the most important ingredient according to me for Apple or Job's success is the ecosystem in which it grew, matured…Continue

One of the privileges of being a tech entrepreneur is that I get to use Facebook regularly (while claiming that it is merely part of my job).
Of course, there are ways and more ways to use Facebook.
For the vast majority of users, Facebook is just a fun means of keeping in touch with their friends and whiling away the time. For others, it is a way to reach out to a wide audience and propagate their ideas.
For a few (myself included), Facebook…Continue

I come from a family with a 'professional' background - my father is a retired senior lecturer in mathematics, while my brother is a specialist in internal medicine. My parents always emphasized the importance of education and how educational qualifications will always stay with you, as opposed to money, which can be lost.
However, for some reason I always wanted to be rich, even when I was a small schoolchild. I never really wanted to be educated and in fact, I looked upon…Continue
