See the above TOI news item, says Recession is going to hit the hiring plan of many majors soon and as far as I know its not going to hit it has hit already. Most large companies  have freezed hiring till further notifications! Another proof of this being we startups getting campus placements offer from the IIMs & IITs across India :-) Come on guys, we understand why u coming to us, rite? Also big ticket branded manpower consultancy firms calling / mailing you to tie up & all, hmm. Had seen this in 2008 when firms like Ma Foi had worked for iWeb, seems those time are going to come back again :-)

Yes, am happy, you might say am a sly but yes am happy as the only ingeredient of IT that is good manpower is going to improve in quality for me & my startup so logically my output will improve too!!!

Also, somehow the recession has been good for me, maybe as we sell locally or whatever be the case but my product Agilewiz V2.0 came out beautifully (whatever was completed) during the 2008 chaos. Also, I got really good people that time for that work. Am planning to launch my latet version of the product soon & hoping for some good, quality & equally passionate manpower this time round!!! Manpower which understands IT is a creative field, which understands we are the only vertical line of business which innovate daily & manpower which is as crazy as we all are at iWeb for MADE IN INDIA Innovative Software Products!
