Recently, OYO rooms started a Training centre to supply trained manpower to Hospitality industry. OYO started as aggregator, added supplying stuff to hotel and now into training. Are they aggregator OR good supplier or trainer or what ?
I want to understand, is this strategy good wherein one masters a particular industry & then captures it with variety of products/services though these many not be inter connected.
Or the strategy of mastering one offering which may be targeting various industries ?
Does the first one involve risk of too dependent on one industry & operationally finding perfection in such non-related functions tough ?
