Hi, I am Vishwesh Shetty founder of Adevole, a Social Apps Development Company. We have come up with a product for Hashtag based Campaigns called EasyHashtag.
In recent times, there has been a growing use of Hashtags. It has become a medium of communication for brands and their audience. In fact, these days even news channels tend to focus more on trending their Hashtags rather than on their News. Though originally limited to twitter, hashtags are now integral part of almost every Social Platform.
We at EasyHashtag aim at providing a solution which would help brands easily build campaigns around Hashtag. Right now almost every brands executes hashtag contest at least twice every month. But these contest are restricted to Twitter interface. They can be made more interesting through combining the contest with a Microsite or Live Real Time Visualization on Screen/projector or Broadcast.
EasyHashtag helps in real time tracking of tweets for a given Hashtag and Visualizing these tweets through beautiful widgets which can be used in Live Events, Campaign Microsite, Broadcast etc. Using our simpler API’s brands can easily build custom Visualization without worrying about Twitter integration. We also offer custom solutions built on Hashtag. Something like a Hashtag jukebox or what Kotak Mahindra has done with Hashtag Banking. Since we already have systems in place for tracking these custom solution are easier for us to build.

Tweet Mapping (India)
Tweets are mapped on states of country, based on origin of tweet.
Tweet Wall
Tweets for a given hashtag are displayed on screen. New tweets load automatically with a Flipping effect. Best Suited as Tweet wall for Live Events.
Twitter Battle
Track multiple hashtag and compare number of tweets received for both.
Tweet To Reveal
Based on number of tweets received for a particular hashtag an image is revealed. You can set the target number of tweets for which the Image should be completely revealed.
Photo Wall
A beautiful photo collage of all the unique photos shared for a given Hashtag.
Avatar Wall
User avatar images of all users who have tweeted for a given hashtag is displayed as a collage.

Currently there are tools which do provide things like tweet wall, but there are hardly any tools that provide complete solutions with Real time tracking, Visualization and Analytics. Also, the market is pretty huge and at least in India this market hasn’t been captured by anyone yet.
We need funds to get more resources, to market and scale our product and to include more themes and widgets and add other Social Platforms like Instagram.

I googled for pingboard, but couldn’t find anything relevant to twitter. I found something called tweetping.net, but it seems to be limited to plotting tweets on map. Let me know if you come across more details on this, would like to check them out.
Also, we had started development on this product 3-4 months back and also have the first release live. We have a decent traction, about 15-20 free sign ups till now and are in talks with 3-4 social media agencies for campaigns. If things work out well we will have one major campaign under our belt by next week 😀
