In 2 years of operations, we have built a solid reputation of good customer service and consistent quality. Many of our patrons are HNIs, expatriates, corporates and consulates. Requirements

A fresher with impeccable English, love for the language, good conversational skills, an eye for detail and a passion to create content. Profile covers client relations and social media. Photography, writing and graphic design skills will be a cherry on the top.

Overview

When we launched Hammer and Mop in November 2011 (and the background work had started around 10 months before that), we always wanted to run it as a content creation company with cleaning as its first love (since we’re a bunch of writers). Our Communications team plays a key role in all aspects of the business- right from interacting with the customers to making our online presence felt.

Client Relations

Right from the first conversation to ensuring that they are comfortable with the entire process, the Comms team hand holds our customers through the experience. It is a tricky yet a fulfilling job, considering the sweet gushy compliments first fall on your ears. It also keeps you grounded in reality, considering you get to talk to occasionally unhappy patrons too! This profile will teach you to be patient and will help you learn how to communicate effectively with all the stakeholders in any given situation.

Content Creation

If you love English, we love you. If you’re funny, we love you even more. As a Communications Associate, you get to showcase our personality to the world online! Write articles, manage our online profiles and ensure that we create a consistent experience for all our patrons.
