Hello Rodinhooders,
I would like to know which are the best CRM tools suitable for a small eCommerce startup. If its free, well and good. We can even spend a few bucks if the tool is good but would love to find if there are any free ones as well.
Please do suggest and help me.

Hello,
If you are looking for a free CRM, then my suggestion is to check out SugarCRM. My next alternate is vTiger which is also equally good, but I found SugarCRM to be better in terms of number of features in that you may use in future.

Well, I understand your plight cos, choosing a right CRM software can be hectic. Now, before we push you to Google searches and other things, we would like to know a few things from you.
1. What do you need the CRM for ?
2. How many people do you have in your team ? Are you going to expand your team in a year or so ? If Yes, to how many people
3. What is the major challenge that you face with respect to managing your CRM?
4. Most of the companies providing CRM tools look at it from Marketing and Lead Generation perspective, however, there are no specific India centric CRMs as such. We have different requirements and we would need different solutions.
These are my 2 cents. Please feel free to talk in case you want to discuss in detail.
