Amazon Kindle app developers?

Hi,

 

I want to develop a 3rd party ebook reader for reading books purchased through Amazon Kindle store. Is it possible to do this with a user’s credentials. It can be a pure Android app or developed for Amazon marketplace. If anyone has some idea about this, please drop in a message.

    Where would this reader be used?
