The rest will be carried out and completed by us at the earliest, with a minimal service charge. We understand the most important aspects of any service, time and solution, irrespective of size of request. Fast delivery and proper documentation is what we pride ourselves.
What we do?
We specialize in Affidavits, Agreements, Certificates, Registrations, Bonds, Deeds, Forms, Letters, Receipts and many more. Every document service that you needed but were clueless about, is typed, processed, sealed and delivered at your doorstep by your own Notary Mama.
Our team consists of service oriented, performance delivering; we reach out to the required professional (Notary Public, Gazette Officers, Witnesses, etc.) to get your jobs done under the supervision of our own Notary Mama. Our contacts and associates are connected in various avenues, which will not only facilitate in proper resolution of your query but also help develop many expert and functional relationships for you in future.
It’s not only the hard copy but also soft copy. The hard copies will be delivered in a sealed envelope, which is wrinkle free and waterproof. The soft copies are password protected, eco-friendly and paper-free documents provided by your own Notary Mama.
What we did!
We attended tuitions, we did our homework, we met lots of people, we invested few lakhs and we successfully finished Trial Runs.
We are currently concentrating on in-house marketing. Hence we designed and printed: 150 Posters, 15000 Vouchers, and 150 Frames. Our media will be put across commercial spaces plus we are in talks with Government authorities.
We are looking to help you be stay free of any worries that consist of documentations and notary related issues. Our process is simple and easy, you contact us, we listenunderstandanalyze your request and contact you with the resolution or deliver it, as per your wish.
Any given store will be issued a poster, a voucher book and a VIP frame and our target is to cover entire Bangalore by end of this month.

Very nice initiative.
A few things though:
1. I was under the impression that notarizing a document needs the physical presence of the notary public. This is the rule, though few notary public professionals follow this stringently. Did you consider this issue? The notary public working with you may lose their licenses if there are complaints.
2. Legal services, including legal documentation can be provided only by legal professionals according to law. This is an angle you may want to explore to avoid future complications. I understand that you are providing legal documentation services. Lawyers can not advertise their services. You can – and that may anger many lawyers,and their are some legal concerns here – nothing that can not be addressed – but it requires careful consideration.

First of all, I would like to say thanks to you since you liked our initiative.
Coming to your points, we are trying to break the barriers between user and touts. Touts play various role when an user needs a document to be notarised. If they don’t get what they want, then they make a user to go round and round and round…
We are trying to provide knowledge and service to common people, who takes leave from their work. We are trying to reduce the gap with our in-house notary public team.
It took 9 months of research and study, just to understand the system.
