Can any one help me with some anger management sessions or how to avoid getting into some controversies with co-workers? Especially when it comes to working with cross function teams.
Getting frustrated and getting angry many times in my work, I know this is not good but need your help 🙁
Are you the one who gets the work done in a nicer way ie, without getting angry, then you can help me.
Desperately need HELP from you and would be grateful if you give some advice on the same.
